Context :
LDC’s Talent Centre of Excellence (CoE) is undergoing a transformational process, embarking on an exciting journey towards building a Talent Ecosystem that will further support and enable our people development and LDC’s business results.
The Talent CoE is spearheading a series of strategic intitiaves which will evolve the Talent landscape of our organization; aiming high towards the creation of best in class Talent Engagement processes to reinforce and support existing and future key Business and HR priorities.
This is a role with significant contribution to LDC’s Talent CoE with an extended scope of responsibilities and the opportunity to further advance the Talent Egnegement activities agenda.
You will be reporting to the Global Head of Talent, and will collaborate with a wide group of Talent Growth, Talent Attraction & Acquisition, other HR Professionals and the Business.
Your main responsibilities will be :
- Co-develop/contribute to the Talent Engagement Strategy
- Actively support and supervise the Annual Performance Management Cycle and streamline the goals setting process
- Drive the Organisational Talent Review and the Talent segmentation exercise
- Actively support the Succession Planning process
- Support workforce and strategic workforce planning activities
- Leverage Talent Analytics, set and supervise KPIs to inform Talent related decisions
- Connect with the Talent Growth team to streamline Individual Development Plans and connect with all Talent and Learning activities
- Ensure global alignment on Talent Engagement activities and processes with the other areas of Talent CoE as well as the Total Rewards CoE and rest of HR – connect with regional stakeholders.
- Responsible for the continuous adoption and sustainability of Talent Engagement processes including long-term communication and change management plan
- Internal expert, trainer and facilitator for talent engagement activities
- Vendor management for Talent Engagement activities
- Responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control of talent engagement processes
- Focal point/project manager for talent engagement activities
- Active researcher and advisor for new Talent engagement models, guidelines and principles to support both our clients and the HR overall.
- Key contributor for HR capability building around talent Engagement initiatives.
Experience
Experience |
- Expected to have 8+ years of professional experience as a Talent Manager, or HRBP, HR Generalist roles with strong Talent Management focus, ideally within a multinational company environment.
- Ability to work closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders by understanding their needs, and design-roll out appropriate solutions.
- Innovative thinker able to bring cutting edge solutions to the organization.
- Proactive and able to continuously align with other areas of the Talent CoE and overall HR.
- A focused driver with a solution orientated approach and ability to deliver business centric outcomes.
- Passionate about solutions development to meet stakeholders needs, strong communicator, structured yet flexible, with ability to plan and prioritize.
- Excellent project and program management skills and orientation for developing high quality products in a timely manner.
Other skills (Computer Skills, etc)
- MS Office proficient
- Technology Savvy
- Talent Management platforms Knowledge
- Talent Analytics platforms knowledge, Tableau an additional plus.
- High level of proficiency in networking & connecting internally and externally
- Facilitation, training experience a strong plus.
Languages:
- Proficient in English
- Other languages an additional but not necessary plus.
Academics
- Bachelor’s in Business, HR, or similar degree
- A Master’s degree highly preferred.
