全面负责压榨部的日常管理工作。主要负责压榨部门安全环保以及人员职业健康符合国家规范和要求；部门内部每年进行季度绩效考核回顾； 安排下属工作和考勤核定；按照商务要求制定生产计划和组织生产；制作设备维修保养和工艺改善计划；制定部门预算和KPI，控制生产成本；负责部门人员技能和安全培训；
Responsible for the daily management of the crush department. Mainly responsible for the SHE of the crush department and the occupational health of personnel in line with national norms and requirements; Conduct quarterly performance review annually within the department; Arrange the work of subordinates and check the attendance; Make production plan and organize production according to business requirements ;Production equipment maintenance and process improvement plan; Develop department budget and KPI, control production cost; Responsible for skills and safety training of department personnel
Key Duties and Tasks主要职责
• 带领压榨团队贯彻和执行工厂安全，健康，环境程序和食品安全程序；
Lead the team to implement the crush procedures of SHE and food safety。
• 严格控制生产消耗，根据化验结果，及时调整生产参数，保证产品质量100%合格；
Control strictly production consumption and adjust the production parameter according to the lab analysis report to ensure the best quality of product。
• 负责压榨车间节能的相关事宜，推进节能项目的实施；
Be responsible for all issues of crush energy project, Lead project development about factory energy saving program.
• 组织实施压榨生产活动，完成生产任务，并采取或落实措施保证生产记录以及各种报表及时、真实、完整。按时完成各阶段工业生产经济活动分析报告。
Co-ordination production manager to enforce production, complete the target. Take measures to ensure the reliability and integrity of the production records. Accomplish the analysis report of every stage’s production on time.
• 完成车间人员绩效考核和设定，提升压榨车间人员绩效。
Completed the performance assessment and setting of workshops personnel and improved the performance of crush personnel.
• 制定压榨车间培训制度，提高压榨车间人员操作技能，增加安全知识。
Develop a crash training system to improve the operation skills of press workshop personnel and increase safety knowledge.
• 与其它部门保持良好的协作关系，协作其它部门共同完成生产任务。
Keep good collaboration with other departments, work with other departments to complete the production task.
• 组织完成压榨车间PM，PDM工作，安全完成压榨车间大修工作; 完成上级安排的其它工作;
Organize and complete PM, PDM work of press workshop, complete overhaul work of press workshop safely. Accomplish other tasks assigned by leaders.

Qualifications任职资格
Education教育背景
具有粮油，石化，化工等相关方面专业，专科以上学历；
Experience工作经历
在食用油脂行业工作5年以上经验，带12人以上团队5年以上经验，
Competency能力
1. 了解粮食仓储知识，熟悉油料特性和压榨工艺，熟悉粮油行业的设备结构及工作原理，
2. 带12人以上团队，具有良好的沟通能力和部门协作
3. 具有一定的项目管理经验；
4. 具有较强的前瞻能力
Languages Skills语言技能
普通话标准，具有一定的英语读写能力。
