The Change and Knowledge Intern will:  

  • Support Change & Knowledge communications efforts (e.g. template update, content creation, analyzing communication needs)
  • Support User Sharepoint Initiatives (Update the SAP User or Knowledge portal, create video content, propose solution for an attractive user sharepoint).
  • Assist with trainings preparation (e.g. prepare training materials, follow up on adoption and additional needs)
  • Perform additional ad hoc administrative tasks (meeting preparation, mailing list, user list management, mentimeter and HourOne template or folder management, Power BI master data update, Microsoft forms updates, jira board creation and follow up).
  • Participate to the overall strategy of the Change&Knowledge Team (brainstorming sessions, assist to management meetings)
  • Follow up on new release usage and put in place a strategy to improve SAP adoption.

Experience

  • Either good understanding of core IT disciplines, software development lifecycle in an Agile environment or Good understanding of techniques of Change Management or Accounting users.
  • Knowledge/experience with working in a project is desirable.
  • Savvy with Business Intelligence tools & applications

  • Problem solving oriented: ability to gather & analyze information, define problems and form a plan of action.
  • Work independently and take ownership of the role as well as contributing to goals as a team member
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure and result oriented
  • Ability to set priorities, organize own and others work

Languages:

  • English (fluent, mandatory)
  • Other languages are nice to have

Academics

Leading business school, Leading Engineer School, University degree in Business Administration with a major in:

  • Information System and/or
  • Finance/Accounting and/or
  • Change Management or
  • Process & organisation management
