About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Process Improvement Analyst to support our Cotton business through the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of business processes, systems, and projects.

Reporting to the Domestic Trade Operations Manager, this role will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify improvement opportunities, support system implementations, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver successful project outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving process optimisation and supporting business transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities will be but not limited to:

  • Gather and document business requirements.
  • Support system implementations, testing, and user training.
  • Lead and support business process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
  • Provide post-implementation support and maintain documentation.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery. 

Desired skills and experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience supporting business projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
