Nhiệm vụ chung / Overall responsibility:

Assist Senior Agronomist in coffee research and sustainability responsibilities in Vietnam to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.   

Hỗ trợ Chuyên viên Nông nghiệp trong việc khảo sát cà phê và các hoạt động bền vững tại Việt Nam để đảm bảo rằng các dịch vụ được cung cấp một cách hiệu quả. 

Main Responsibilities / Nhiệm vụ chủ chốt 

• Conduct crop tours for coffee in Vietnam as an interviewer. Regularly update photos and information about crops and market on the group. 
• Tham gia các đợt khảo sát mùa vụ ở vùng cà phê tại Việt Nam như là 1 người phỏng vấn. Thường xuyên cập nhật hình ảnh và thông tin về mùa vụ và thị trường lên nhóm. 
• Regularly monitor the crop development, weather, and market to send out daily reports. Besides, implement monthly stock survey. 
• Gửi báo cáo hàng ngày về sự phát triển mùa vụ, thời tiết và thị trường. Bên cạnh đó, thực hiện khảo sát tồn kho hàng tháng. 
• Implement the agreed coffee sustainability program: prepare and implement internal & external audits and improvement action as per the requirements of the certification programs. 
• Thực hiện chương trình cà phê chứng nhận được thống nhất: đảm bảo các kế hoạch, hành động và cập nhật cho thanh tra nội bộ - chính thức, hành động khắc phục như yêu cầu của chương trình chứng nhận.  
• Proactive in planning, budgeting, implementing, updating, and reviewing data reports and timelines. Besides, increase roles of group leaders and facilitators by interacting, guiding, pushing, and following.  
• Chủ động lên kế hoạch, dự trù kinh phí, thực hiện, cập nhật, xem xét dữ liệu báo cáo và thời gian hoàn thành công việc. Bên cạnh đó, tăng cường vai trò của các nhóm trưởng và cộng tác viên bằng việc tương tác, đúc thúc và theo sát hoạt động của họ. 
• Organize and enhance knowledge from workshops/ training by experts, partners, local team members, … after that train and guide group leaders/ facilitators/farmers. 
• Tổ chức và nâng cao hiểu biết từ các buổi hội thảo/ tập huấn bởi các chuyên gia, đổi tác, thành viên nội bộ, … sau đó tập huấn và hướng dẫn lại cho các nhóm trưởng/ cộng tác viên/nông dân. 

Experience / Kinh nghiệm 

• Experience in coffee is advantageous and from 1-2 years related to research or sustainability programs or projects. 
• Có kinh nghiệm về cà phê là lợi thế và từ 1-2 năm liên quan đến khảo sát hoặc chương trình bền vững hoặc dự án. 

Other skills (Computer Skills, etc) / Kỹ năng khác (Kỹ năng máy tính, v.v.) 

• Be able to work independently and willing to travel. 
• Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và sẵn sàng đi công tác. 
• Basic office and computer skills.. 
• Kỹ năng máy tính và văn phòng căn bản  
• Communication skill and presentation/training is necessary. 
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp và kỹ năng thuyết trình/ đứng lớp là cần thiết. 

Languages / Ngoại ngữ 

• Basic English communication. 
• Tiếng anh giao tiếp cơ bản. 

Academics / Bằng cấp 

• Agriculture Engineer or Bachelor Degree. 
• Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành nông nghiệp.
