  • Receive material from the supplier on the basis of purchase order; 
  • Arrange materials in proper manner. Stock card should be allocated to each item; 
  • Preserve the material in store on safe custody; 
  • Record the receipt and issue of material in the respective stock card regularly and maintain store ledger and stock cards so that indicate the quantity of stock held by store every time; 
  • Issue of material as per the requisition of the production; 
  • Coordinate and supervise the duty of the third-party like as worker, inspector; 
  • Monthly stock count-tally physical stock and stock card and report the variance immediately; 
  • Receive documents for in/out stock; 
  • Checking container before loading the goods and seal the container; 
  • Operate truck and container weighbridges at the weigh area and make related reports; 
  • Daily warehouse keeping;
  • Support SHE team on reports and related SHE activities with root causes analysis; 
  • Training SHE for new hires at site and 3rd. Party workers make sure all are implemented strictly SHE rules; 
  • Evaluate safety risks at production floor, analyze, report and implement prevention plan; 
  • Other jobs shall be assigned by the superior.  

Experience 

  • Minimum 1-3 years in warehouse experiences at multinational companies; 

Other skills (Computer Skills, etc) 

  • Strong team player and eager to learn; 
  • Good in communication skills and interpersonal skills; 

Academics 

  • College graduated;
