  • Ensure goods incoming & outgoing to/from Bonded Zone/Bonded Logistic Centre and general import and export procedure are align with Custom Regulation & Company SOP.
  • Support any new project to align with Custom Regulation Ensure all custom administrative documentation are filed properly and aligned with Custom Regulation
  • Update & held socialization on any new regulation related with Custom
  • Manage Custom Audit with minimum exposure
  • Ensure IT inventory data aligned with Company system and custom documents
  • Manage monitoring and evaluation from Custom and implement the recommendation accordingly
  • Perform review & propose improvement/solution if needed (process, documents, data & customs compliance).
  • Monthly reconciliation (Customs Document with Company system and Tax Office data)
  • Standardize external reporting to customs and submit on time to Customs Authorities periodically
  • Coordinate with Tax to minimize potential tax exposure in Customs activity
  • Maintain good relations with customs authorities
  1. Holds min. Bachelor's degree in any field
  2. Have experience in custom compliance for at least 3 years
  3. Have knowledge in custom especially Bonded Zone/Bonded Logistic Centre
  4. Strong Ms. Office skill especially Excel
  5. Have good communication skills
  6. Fluent in English both verbally and written
