  • Handle port operations for import and High seas shipments of liquid bulk tat JNPT port
  • Ensure readiness of ullage and customs clearance at time of vessel arrival
  • Timely lifting and deliveries of cargo with proper coordination with head office, broker, buyers/sellers, terminals – manage payment confirmations, Delivery Order issuance, loading of tankers, supervision reports
  • Achieve 100% efficiency in storage utilization: identification of required storage space, tank storage planning
  • Reduce/minimize OTR losses and/or warehouse shortages
  • Close coordination between Head Office and the terminals/transporter, vessel/clearing agents for smooth handling & movement of Oil into and out of the port.
  • Physical verification and reconciliation of all port stocks – monthly/ quarterly/ annually
  • Monthly sharing of data for oil quality received; GST and HSS trades executed
  • Rea time sharing of port berthing position along with foretasted delays in berthing of Oil vessels
  • Graduate
  • Port documentation experience in edible oil trade.
  • Flawless data entry skills and basic knowledge of calculation.
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
  • Familiar with international Trade practice and incoterms 2010.
  • Quick Acquaintance with software system
  • Pro-active, able to work independently and propose solutions.
  • Possess effective communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadline.
  • Accuracy by paying attention to details, good analytical skill.
  • Disciplined, honest and upright abide by company culture and policy carefully.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Job Description
