  • Contacting banks regarding any financial queries.
  • Corresponding with vendors and respond to inquiries.
  • Bank & Expense ledger reconciliations.
  • Processing daily cash receipt/payments.
  • Collecting all invoices and obtaining approval for payment.
  •  Creating historical records by scanning documents.
  •  Processing invoices from various locations for payment.
  •  Process Online Payments through E-Banking Portal.
  • Payment & Adjustment of sales tax in system (Monthly) Work Experience
  • Payment & Adjustment of WHT in system (Monthly)
  • Provide WHT challahs to vendors.
  •  Creating A/P Invoices in System and processing Payments.
  •  Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
  •  Managing the accounts payable and receivable.
  •  Tracking organization expenses.
  •  Process payment of expense reimbursement to Employees
  • Working on overdue payments Preparation of quarterly, half-yearly and annual statutory accounts in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs), corporate laws, listing regulations and other directives of regulatory authorities.
  • Professional Accounting degree such as ACCA /CA Qualified or Part Qualified  / CIMA Qualified  
  • At least 2 to 3 years of intermediate level experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Speaking and Writing both).
