As a member of the Global FP&A Team, the Global FP&A Analyst will actively support the preparation of Functions performance reviews and the analysis and reporting of financial processes (Actuals/Budget/Landing) around OPEX/G&A/Administrative Capex monitoring at Group level.

  • Actively support in the cost analysis & performance measurement in preparation of Functions Reviews.  Partner with Regional & LDC Group stakeholders (Platforms & Functions) to gather relevant information.
  • Perform OPEX / G&A / Administrative Capex analysis and support in the monthly & quarterly financial reporting process.
  • Ensure quality of the reporting through detailed review of data accuracy and consistency of reporting with Group standards
  • Responsible for implementing the current Corporate costs allocation to business on a monthly basis
  • Contribute to the Budget / Forecasts processes.
  • Actively participate in the production & analysis of benchmarks, dashboards and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
  • Support the Global OPEX FP&A team in all FP&A improvement projects and initiatives
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in finance functions (ideally controlling/FP&A), preferably in a multinational company with a matrix organization
  • Team Player
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and critical thinking, problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and to prioritize in order to meet strict deadlines in a high-pressure atmosphere
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability and willingness to interact effectively with all levels of employees & managers, strong customer centricity
  • High level vision and attention to details.
  • Ability to identify process weaknesses and implement improvements (best practice).
  • Reliability and transparency, attention to reliability of data produced

Job Description
