General

  • This role will be part of the Intelligent automation team based out of Gurgaon supporting Robotics Process automation based on UiPath & Abbyy Vantage/ tools.
  • The focus will be to execute pre-defined & new processes to an exact level of accuracy as well as contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Role requires to work cross-functionally with business operations and business analysts to create and optimize workflow processes.
  • To define and deliver standardized reporting using UiPath Orchestrator & Power BI.

Role specific

  • Design, develop, deploy, & monitor RPA solutions for a variety of business units and corporate functions for multiple regions
  • Development using UiPath RPA & Abbyy Vantage OCR to deliver automation solutions. Knowledge in cognitive automation with AI/ML skills.
  • Promote a collaborative transparent working environment. Set clear expectations with customers, employees and IT teams and then meet those expectations. Validates with process owners end to end business validation upon completion of development effort.
  • Design robotic process automation solutions, architecture and logic according to business requirements.
  • Configure and test automated processes prior to deployment into production environments.
  • Develop and build documentation (Process Design Documents, Solution Design Documents, Technical Design documents) according to company standards, best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Develop KPI using UiPath Orchestrator, Kibana, & Power BI to monitor RPA process for continuous improvement.
  • Support, debug, and break fix any issues with bots’ processing.
  • Contributes to all team learning, objectives and deadlines.
  • Adhere to compliance policy and internal controls.
  • Must be able to multi-task with various projects on hand.

Team Management

  • Manages and leads team members in achieving company/platform goal, motivate and assesses performance.
  • Provide encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for training or skill checks. 
  • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
  • Keep the team motivated and help on their learning and growth.
  • Assists management and develop talents.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems
  • Has UI Path advance certification and expertise
  • Experience with UiPath Orchestrator and UiPath Studio.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate with different regionals business teams in a non-technical manner.
  • Good time management skills to lead across the regions & departments automations
  • Resilience and adaptability to unforeseen work demands.
  • Good interpersonnel and presentation skills.
