  • Insurance claims for vessels : record and maintain data of insurance claims on shortages and damaged cargo, issue credit note/debit note
  • Stocks monitoring  - calculate CMA and open credit exposure on a daily basis
  • Check and compare provisional disbursement account (PDA) and final disbursement account (FDA) costs, with standard costs (disbursement account with vessel’s agents / port fees)
  • Interest calculations : calculate interest accrued on delayed payments of select counterparties
  • Sharing of documentation and complete email communication with external as well as internal stakeholders
  • Prepare tri-partite agreement (TPA) and Letter of Indemnity (LOI(, track and cancellation of LOI in time
  • Applying for ECTN/CoC/BESC etc at destination ports
  • Maintaining timely and accurate records, system entries, mis, and reporting/high-lighting potential delays or defaults
  • Close coordination with overseas team

Any Graduate / Post Graduate

  • Should be proactive in order to avoid any issue in the shipment. Should be able to work as a team member.
  • Polite and able to develop positive rapport with overseas offices, shippers, buyers, service providers.
  • Effective in written & verbal communication. Should be able to work under immense pressure.
