- Insurance claims for vessels : record and maintain data of insurance claims on shortages and damaged cargo, issue credit note/debit note
- Stocks monitoring - calculate CMA and open credit exposure on a daily basis
- Check and compare provisional disbursement account (PDA) and final disbursement account (FDA) costs, with standard costs (disbursement account with vessel’s agents / port fees)
- Interest calculations : calculate interest accrued on delayed payments of select counterparties
- Sharing of documentation and complete email communication with external as well as internal stakeholders
- Prepare tri-partite agreement (TPA) and Letter of Indemnity (LOI(, track and cancellation of LOI in time
- Applying for ECTN/CoC/BESC etc at destination ports
- Maintaining timely and accurate records, system entries, mis, and reporting/high-lighting potential delays or defaults
- Close coordination with overseas team
