Overall Responsibility / Nhiệm vụ chung:

This position assists Agronomist / Senior Agronomist in coffee research and sustainability responsibilities in Vietnam to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. 

Vị trí này sẽ hỗ trợ Chuyên viên Nông nghiệp trong việc khảo sát cà phê và các hoạt động bền vững tại Việt Nam để đảm bảo rằng các dịch vụ được cung cấp một cách hiệu quả. 

Main Responsibilities / Nhiệm vụ chính:

  • Conducting crop tours for coffee in Vietnam as an interviewer. Regularly update photos and information on crops and market on the group. 

  • Tham gia các đợt khảo sát mùa vụ ở vùng cà phê tại Việt Nam như là 1 người phỏng vấn. Thường xuyên cập nhật hình ảnh và thông tin về mùa vụ và thị trường lên nhóm. 

  • Regularly monitor the crop development, weather, and market to send out daily reports. Besides, implement monthly stock survey. 

  • Gửi báo cáo hàng ngày về sự phát triển mùa vụ, thời tiết và thị trường. Bên cạnh đó, thực hiện khảo sát tồn kho hàng tháng. 
  • Implement the agreed coffee sustainability program: prepare and implement internal & external audits and improvement action as per the requirements of the certification programs. 

  • Thực hiện chương trình cà phê chứng nhận được thống nhất: thực hiện các công việc cho thanh tra nội bộ - chính thức, hành động khắc phục như yêu cầu của chương trình chứng nhận.

  • Involve organizing, and enhancing knowledge from workshops/ training by experts, partners, local team members, … after that guide group leaders/ facilitators/farmers. 

  • Tham gia tổ chức, nâng cao hiểu biết trong các buổi hội thảo/ tập huấn bởi các chuyên gia, đổi tác, thành viên nội bộ, … sau đó hướng dẫn lại cho các nhóm trưởng/ cộng tác viên/nông dân. 

Experience / Kinh nghiệm:

  • Having knowledge of coffee is advantageous. Especially, related to research or sustainability programs or projects. 

  • Hiểu biết về cà phê là lợi thế. Đăc biệt, liên quan đến khảo sát hoặc chương trình bền vững hoặc dự án. 

ther skills (Computer Skills, etc) / Các kỹ năng khác (Máy tính, v.v.):

  • Basic office and computer skills. 
  • Kỹ năng máy tính và văn phòng căn bản.
  • Be able to work independently and willing to travel.

  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp và làm việc đội nhóm tốt. 

Languages / Ngoại ngữ:  

  • Basic English
